History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Akoth never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Bhevek hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
