Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears his red hair down. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Barber; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He sports a flattop hair cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Body Guard born in the past three hundred years. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Calcitro took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Sculptor like his father before him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he feels kind of lost in life
