History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Einkil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Jade was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
