History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
