History: Nicor was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Mantus was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
