Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Zaffrab reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: An older man who wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his pickaxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, he is not a threatening figure. He has dyed his greying red fur a little too much giving a sharp red color. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born in the east. Tree was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bricklayer. He has never given up on his singing dream.
