History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Heian was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Crown-heir. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Heian was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
