History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Masseuse. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
