Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. A true patriot, Oskar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Marshal mother left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
