History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Pelt's homeland. Pelt decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Erevan was born the youngest of three triplets. A freak accident while working with his Cartwright father left him crippled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Raymond lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
