Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born into a rich family. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bather. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: 4'2" and muscular, this eastern man wears long strands of amethyst and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His blonde hair is singed and shortened. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Harbek fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
