History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Astar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Wiggan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
