Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a tan collared shirt and green pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
