History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Purban was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Purban's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he prefers to wear flannel. He wears his black fur up. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Lone speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Lone was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture
