Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
