History: Bork was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Wiggan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Wiggan. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
