History: Kilvar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Kilvar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kilvar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Server father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region.
