Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Riardon was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is light but he possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Carter soon after.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and sabotage a competitor
