Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Anthony was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a tattered pair of loose red pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Shump is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Shump hails from a village terrorized by giants. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
