History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ortegar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Rhogar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rhogar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
