History: Patrin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Patrin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Patrin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Paelias never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
