His yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his white boots flare out at the collars, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'10" when asserting himself. His hair is silver and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
