History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Chad was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Trail was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.
