History: Cimer was born with his father's beautiful face. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.
