Personality: He is fixated on the number 11. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Nelkin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nelkin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
