History: He was born in the west. Heward was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and carries pickaxes. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hobart is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
