Description: This man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is typically in his Mayor uniform. He sports a flattop fur cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and expand his business
