History: Smoking was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with his Tanner mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. His golden hair is thinning but still full. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. His white fur is lengthy. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Smoking is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born into a rich family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: 5'9" and muscular, this northern man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is baby faced.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants revenge against goblins
