Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His ears are large.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Delebean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Delebean was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Delebean decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His tied-back hair is chestnut. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a simple black robe with white stripes complete with hood. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: This man stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His ears are large.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He takes great joy in being the best Locksmith in town.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor
