History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Bernard was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Roofer. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Theodoric took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
