His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ploughman business.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This late middle aged man prefers to wear pastel clothing when he does not wear armor and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Pallabar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
