History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tan coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head, and is pretty ugly. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Hamil hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Darrow was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his sister

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to be a courier again
