Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears long strands of sapphire and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His ears are large.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears tattered old clothes. He has wavy black hair. He is baby faced.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his feathered grey hat.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Nelkin took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He bought a axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He carries with him a set of morningstars, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His brown hair is still thick. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Vanuath isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vanuath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
