Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and white handkerchief worn on his left side. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Kelter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Kelter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Great was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Courier. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Ozyman wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He takes great joy in being the best Unemployed in town.

History: Born in the east to a Unemployed, Ozyman learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Unemployed and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
