History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

History: Mindartis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
