History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Rael was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Cartwright.
