Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hadarai studied abroad. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He now mingles about in high society.

During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
