Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wiggan embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Wiggan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Wiggan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
