History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Zook was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Zook's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Zook and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kaladan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
