He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Tanglar has worked very hard to control his curse. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
