Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He takes great joy in being the best Painter in town.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'1". He tends to wear a large black jacket, and his gloved hand is found clutching a longsword. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to reunite with his old friends
