Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tailor.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Mercenary soon after.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to be a layabout again

Personality: Berrian is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and wants to raise his children well
