History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kite grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kite. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
