Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Oppleby never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
