History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was taken from his home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Arjhan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
