Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Erky embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. The war was a terrible time for him, and Erky does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Nuraval was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nuraval's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Bathin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and doesn't want to be a engraver and was forced into it by his family
