Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
