History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is an amazing painter.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.
