History: Melech was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Dondon and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Dondon discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Dondon fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his writing dream.
