Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Detective who has hired him part-time. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Percival lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Percival has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
